Admin Support Staff / Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls
  • Printing, binding, bundling
  • Serve drink to clients & clean up after clients leave
  • Post mails
  • Coordinating meetings / appointments
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
