Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Support environmental management activities, including control of chemicals, energy, water, and waste.
  • Conduct periodic solution analysis and replenishment to maintain process efficiency.
  • Establish and periodically review process parameters (PMP) and FMEA for plating processes.
  • Analyse and resolve production issues to improve product quality, while reviewing safety aspects regularly.
  • Develop and update work instructions to enhance productivity and quality standards.
  • Drive production capacity improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Identify and contain non-conforming products to prevent customer impact.
  • Arrange for production or shipment stoppage in the event of major quality issues.
  • Report quality, environmental, water efficiency, and safety issues to internal authorities.
  • Liaise with customers regarding production concerns and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the engineering field.
  • Strong understanding of quality and environmental management systems.
