Bicycle Mechanic / Sales (Full time/ part time)
JanjiRide.SG is looking for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our growing team as Bicycle Mechanic/Sales associates. Roles & Responsibilities- Workshop Expertise: Perform professional servicing, repairs, and assembly of a wide variety of bicycles (road, mountain, folding, e-bikes, etc.).
- Quality Assurance: Conduct pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and safety checks on new bikes to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Engage with customers on the sales floor, providing expert advice on bike selection, accessories, and maintenance.
- Inventory & Workshop Management: Assist with managing spare parts inventory, keeping the workshop clean, organized, and running efficiently.
- Sales Support: Process sales transactions, manage lay-bys/reservations, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Learning & Growth: Commit to continuous learning to stay updated on the latest bicycle technology and repair techniques.
- Experience: Prior experience as a bicycle mechanic is essential. Candidates with Bike School Asia certification or similar technical qualifications are highly encouraged to apply.
- Work Ethic: Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English to interact effectively with customers and the team.
- Full-Time Commitment: 6 days work week, totaling 45 hours per week.
- Part-Time Commitment: Flexible schedule, totaling up to 36 hours per week.
