Location: Bugis / Orchard

Responsible for supervising and assigning housekeeping tasks to ensure guest rooms and service areas are clean and well-maintained. Key duties include:

Oversee and train housekeeping staff
Set and enforce cleaning standards and procedures
Conduct orientation and ongoing training
Schedule and inspect cleaning programs
Monitor VIP and special-needs residents
Handle maintenance follow-ups and report damages
Address complaints and suggest service improvements
Motivate and discipline staff as needed
Step in for cleaning during emergencies or shortages
