The HR Advisor will play a key role in providing strategic and operational HR support across our international operations.</p><p>This role will partner closely with managers and team members globally to support employee relations, compliance, talent management, and HR process improvement as Green Li-ion continues to expand.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide proactive HR advice and support to managers and employees across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and Green Li-ion policies.</li><li>Serve as the primary HR point of contact for our U.S. operations, advising on federal and state-specific employment legislation, HR policies, and practices.</li><li>Support end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.</li><li>Assist in the development and rollout of policies, procedures, and HR programs that align with Green Li-ion’s culture and growth objectives.</li><li>Recruitment and onboarding activities for key roles.</li><li>Maintain accurate HR data and documentation, ensuring compliance with data privacy and reporting requirements.</li><li>Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, organizational development, and global compliance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR generalist or advisory role within a global organization.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing HR matters in the United States, including knowledge of federal and state labor laws, compliance requirements, and employment standards.</li><li>Strong understanding of international HR practices, particularly across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America.</li><li>Proven ability to navigate complex employment issues and provide sound, commercially aware HR advice.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across different cultures and time zones.</li><li>Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in a start-up or high-growth technology or manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience with HRIS implementation or systems management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join Green Li-ion?</strong></p><ul><li>Be part of a purpose-driven company tackling one of the world’s most pressing sustainability challenges.</li><li>Work in a diverse, innovative, and collaborative global team.</li><li>Opportunity for role extension or permanency as the company continues to scale.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li></ul><p></p>
