Internal Talent Acquisition [Contract] | Recruitment Agency

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and role requirements for Search Consultants across multiple industry verticals
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability, motivation, and career aspirations
  • Manage interview scheduling and coordination between candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives when required

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills, with knowledge of various recruitment platforms and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and handle multiple priorities
  • Prior experience hiring recruitment consultants or in the executive search industry will be an advantage
