Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment arrangements with suppliers and vendors.
• Execute cross-trade business operations for international shipments.
• Support network and agent business for shipment arrangements.
• Generate billing invoices.
• Track and trace shipments, updating customers accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office productivity tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with supply chain management, warehousing, and transportation.
