Operations Manager, Production Support (Chinese Drama)

<strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Oversee daily administrative operations and supervise work of the operations team to ensure efficient workflows and compliance with internal processes.</li><li>Monitor Purchase Requisitions (PRs), record Goods Receipts (GRs), and track Opex costs.</li><li>Maintain expense reports, support budget preparation, and manage financial processes including invoices, reconciliations, and document verification.</li><li>Liaise with internal teams and external partners to collate programme materials, ensuring they meet required standards and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Draft, review, and manage contracts with talents, producers, consultants, and vendors, overseeing the full contract lifecycle.</li><li>Coordinate timesheet submissions for externally funded projects and ensure accurate reporting.</li><li>Maintain and circulate essential production resources such as the production call tree and internal mailing lists.</li><li>Support workplace safety and compliance through proper documentation of audit recommendations in order to reinforce good practices and assess and manage risks.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Qualifications & Requirements:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Diploma in Mass Communications, Business Administration, Media Management, or related discipline.</li><li>At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or production support.</li><li>Proven ability to manage and direct work duties within the team.</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint at intermediate level) and familiarity with budgeting/finance tools.</li><li>Basic knowledge of video file formats (MP4, MOV, WAV, JPEG) and prior experience in media, broadcast, or production environments are advantageous.</li></ul>
